Pearl Barley Toast 薏仁吐司


Ingredient: 

High Protein Flour 398g (100%)
Salt 8g (2%)
Suagr 24g (6%)
Milk Powder 20g (5%)
Milk / Barley Water 239g (60%)
Yeast 8g (2%)
Olive Oil 24g (6%)
Cooked Barley 80g (20%)

*如果用即溶干酵母,酵母部分麻烦除于2,也就是高粉的1%
