Homemade Meat Rounds 家鄉肉餅

我老公最喜欢的肉饼了。

我家全部菜色佳肴都是照食谱煮出来的(我没这样厉害),第一次烹煮当然都是“照办煮碗”,然后如要调整调味或加入其它食材都会在第二次再次烹煮的时候再把哪里不妥的调整过来。

所以我分享的食谱有时中文,有时英文的,就是因为都是抄的啦!。。。。哈哈哈!不好意思。如果您看不懂,可以留言我,我再翻译给你知道滴!


Ingredients:
400g minced meat
2 tbsp minced garlic

Seasonings:
1 tsp pepper
5 pieces chopped water chestnut
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp corn flour

Method:
1. Place all ingredients and seasonings into a bowl, pat to become mixture.
2. Divide the mixture into few portions and mould them into meat round shape.
3. Pan-fry over medium-high heat till cooked.
